Their body - When people are connected to their body, they are able to respond to basic and more complex physical and emotional needs by improving health-related behaviours, improving self-control, managing cravings and urges and preventing injury.
Their authentic selves. Individuals who are connected to who they are and what is truly meaningful to them are more capable of managing everyday challenges and living a fulfilling life. They are inspired and able to reach their full potential.
Their social network. Individuals can greatly benefit from tools to develop deeper, meaningful, and balanced relationships. This can require longer-term work to understand relationship patterns and interpersonal triggers, and practice adaptive responses.
Their environment and their community. Growing Connections will have a future role in improving community connection, support, and enjoyment that is beneficial to both individuals and the environment.
